Mastering the Manly Arts by Paul Mason
Paul Mason was born on October 8, 1987, to Anna Johnson, a public school teacher, and David Mason, an electrical engineer. Mason studied high school in Science Park High School, where he was recognized as an academically-adept individual by his teachers and peers. Mason dropped out of college to work in a tech startup in Silicon Valley, where he established his career in the tech industry. Mason moved on to be the Project Lead in one of the biggest tech companies in Silicon Valley.
In 2013, Mason started Mastering the Manly Arts, a passion project that aims to help men gain the skills and confidence to establish themselves in the dating field. Mason applied the knowledge and experience he gained in the workplace and his own interpersonal skills and understanding of the opposite sex to teach men how to increase their chances of success in the dating field. It was during this project that Mason realized that the knowledge and skill he imparts is only a fraction of what makes men attractive to the opposite sex. Mason discovered that sexual health has a much bigger impact that affects a person’s ability to project his confidence and sexuality to attract the opposite sex.
Over the next few years, Mason invested heavily in his own research and education to discover how to improve sexual health through nutrition and exercise. In 2019, Mason relaunched Mastering the Manly Arts, with a revamped concept that involves health, nutrition, psychology, and self-development to help men establish themselves and progress into healthy, attractive, and appealing individuals.
